Ashley Murdock is the founder of Hella Wellthy, creating sacred spaces where Black women and women of color in San Diego can prioritize healing, restoration, self-care, and community connection. Understanding that these women often give more than they receive, Ashley curates transformative wellness experiences that provide permission to rest and rejuvenate without guilt. Her signature events, like Black Girls Day Off, combine luxury wellness services with authentic sisterhood and empowerment.

As a certified health coach, personal trainer, and soundbath teacher, Ashley offers immersive soundbaths, wellness retreats, mindful stretching sessions, and vision board workshops. She partners with local businesses and wellness facilities throughout San Diego to make premium wellness experiences accessible to her community. Ashley also provides comprehensive mindfulness courses, meditation & breathwork videos on YouTube, and personalized 1-on-1 sessions.

Her extensive background includes hosting 100+ holistic wellness events for diverse audiences, working with brands like Lululemon, Shop Good, and Activate House, plus schools, hotels, non-profits, corporations, and individuals. This broad experience with companies and communities now fuels her specialized focus on creating healing spaces for women who need it most. Her goal is simple: to leave participants feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and empowered after every experience.
