NuThera Women – Mission & Focus (for Marketing/Partnerships) NuThera Women is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on advancing women in healthcare through mentorship, workforce development, and structured apprenticeship pathways. Our apprenticeship program has already been developed in partnership with Nuthera Medical and Elevation Practice Partners (EPP) as the program sponsor, allowing us to offer a real, established model that connects women directly to clinical environments, training, and professional mentorship. Through this, participants gain hands-on experience, career exposure, and support as they transition into healthcare roles.

NuThera Women serves as the community-facing and access arm, expanding who can enter these pathways by identifying and supporting women who may not otherwise have access to traditional entry points into the field.

In addition to workforce development, we incorporate a health and wellness component that includes education around preventative care and exposure to aesthetic services in a responsible, access-driven way. This supports confidence, self-advocacy, and overall personal development.
