Aiesha, or Atlanta's Fragrance Designer, is the founder of My Signature Scent, an Atlanta-area custom fragrance company with a perfume-making studio where she creates interactive experiences that make fragrance personal, approachable and fun. Through her studio and mobile Perfume Bar, she helps individuals create signature scents and brings hands-on fragrance experiences to private celebrations, corporate events and community activations.

She is also the creator of the Top Perfumer Competition, a game-show-style fragrance competition and experiential event that brings together fragrance, creativity, audience participation, shopping and brand discovery. Her work is centered on creating memorable experiences that encourage people to interact, discover something new and connect with brands and products in an authentic way.
