ATO of Massachusetts is an independent, gender all-inclusive fraternity of over 100 active members that is unique to Tufts University. Brought to Tufts as the Beta Gamma chapter of Alpha Tau Omega in 1893, ATO separated from our national affiliation in 1974 to become Tufts’ first and only all-gender inclusive fraternity. ATO is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming space for all people in the Tufts community, not just our members, and is dedicated to philanthropy, fellowship, and growth. Our members are virtuous citizens of the Tufts community who actively combat toxicity, exclusion, and prejudice.
