I am a professional women's volleyball player. I am very intentional regarding the brands in the health/sports/recovery sphere that I have partnerships with. A majority of my following is comprised of volleyball athletes and I share tips for rehab, volleyball specific exercises and insight into the life of a professional volleyball player.

I am a three-time NCAA National Champion from my time playing with the Stanford Women's Volleyball team from 2016-2019. Following graduation I have competed as a professional athlete for teams in Switzerland, Greece, Puerto Rico and Italy and will now be representing League One Volleyball (LOVB) in the United States for this upcoming season.
