My name is Bailey. I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2019 and I am back in school, furthering my education, to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I started my own health and wellness journey 2 years ago. I have grown my love for fitness, health, and nutrition and strive to learn more.

I live in a small town in Arkansas. There is such a need for health and wellness, specifically for women. When I started my journey, I had to do my own education and find out what worked best for me. Being in the field of physical therapy, it is my job to promote wellness and lead by example for my community. I have created a Facebook group to help educate and provide support to women in my area who are on their own health journey.
