I am the CEO/ creator of Barefoot & Free ~ We are a yoga and wellness business based out of Michigan. We host the biggest Midwest yoga festival every August. We have over 1000 people that gather in nature to celebrate community, yoga and wellness. we also have ongoing events all throughout the year as well as international retreats, women’s circles, yoga classes, and more.
I’m a 20 year yoga teacher, a single mother of two and extremely passionate about all things health wellness & nature! I coach women and yoga leaders who to lead retreats with integrity and purpose.
