Studio owner, barre lover, and community builder at heart. In 2019, I took a leap of faith and stepped into ownership of a barre3 studio—and it’s been the most rewarding journey of my life. What started as a love for the workout quickly grew into a deep-rooted passion for the people, the energy, and the strength that lives within our studio walls. Every pulse, every class, and every connection is driven by my “why”: building a space where people feel empowered, supported, and seen. I believe in the magic of movement, the power of community, and the joy that comes from showing up—for ourselves and for each other. When I’m not at the barre, you’ll find me soaking up time with my husband and our two amazing kids. Whether I’m cheering on my son from the sidelines, hosting a casual get-together with family and friends, or playing country music way too loud, these are the moments that fill my cup and keep me grounded.
