Barrio Dogs is a 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization addressing the root causes of animal neglect and overpopulation in Houston’s Greater East End. Since 2010, Barrio Dogs has provided essential veterinary services and education in underserved neighborhoods, ensuring pets receive proper care while empowering communities with the knowledge and resources to create lasting change.

Fix-It Program: Offers free spay neuter surgeries, vaccinations and microchips for pets in Houston's East End.

Youth & Paws Program: Educates young people about responsible pet ownership and the need to treat all animals with compassion and respect.

Neighborhood Advocates Program: Drives change by helping residents raise awareness about animal welfare
issues in their community and voice their concerns to elected officials.
