I hope you’re well!

My name is Ben, and I’m the founder of Benny’s Barbering & Grooming Co, a small business I recently launched here in Sydney. I’m originally from the UK and have been living in Australia for the past nine years. I’m 32 years old and currently rent a single barber chair within another barbershop—so it’s just me, running my own little setup within a shared space.

I absolutely love what I do. Being able to connect with clients one-on-one and offer an uplifting, personal experience (while still keeping things relaxed and friendly) is something I take a lot of pride in. Creating a space where people feel good—inside and out—is what it’s all about for me.

I’ve recently come across Bero and found myself really intrigued by the brand. What initially caught my ear was the name—here in Australia, we love to abbreviate words with an “-o” at the end. For example, “bottle-o” for liquor store, “servo” for petrol station, and “arvo” for afternoon. “Bero” fits right in with that Aussie style, and I genuinely believe it could really resonate here, especially as interest in non-alcoholic options continues to grow.

Within my space, I offer a range of beverages to clients, and I’ve noticed more and more people asking for non-alcoholic options—whether they’re stopping by during a lunch break, driving, or simply choosing not to drink alcohol. I’d love to explore a potential collaboration where I could offer Bero in-store and run a soft market test here and offer you feedback and a form of promotion.

I know this is a bit out of the blue, but starting my own business has given me the freedom to think creatively and take chances—and this was one of those ideas that just clicked. My partner and I have recently taken a step back from regular drinking ourselves, and I’ve been eager to try Bero ever since seeing Tom Holland and a friend sipping it during a YouTube interview. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find it here in Australia—which sparked this idea in the first place.

I truly believe in the power of community and collaboration, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether this is something Bero would be open to exploring.
