I am a community-focused leader with more than ten years of experience in partnership development, nonprofit leadership, and operations. In my current role as an Account Manager at dotFIT, I manage and support over 1,000 accounts across the country. My work centers on building long-term relationships, driving strategic growth, and achieving measurable results.

In addition to my professional career, I have spent time building and supporting military communities through volunteer leadership. I am currently President of the Camp Lejeune Leadership Seminar (CLLS), where I lead programs that empower military spouses through education, mentorship, and leadership development. I also serve as an Ambassador for Stronghold Food Pantry, working to expand access to food and essential resources for military families nationwide.

As a military spouse for 20 years, I have faced the challenges of service life, including frequent moves, career changes, and the ongoing need to rebuild community. These experiences have shaped my leadership style, guiding me to lead with empathy, purpose, and a focus on creating lasting systems that support others even after I move on.

My work is guided by a core belief: strong communities are not accidental. They are built through consistency, care, and people who are willing to support each other.
