Hi! I’m Blair, the founder of Shuffle Lab — a Miami-based dance and wellness community built around high-energy shuffle dance cardio, amazing music, and the best community vibes in Miami. I host 1 event every month + free community classes every Wednesday. Our events bring together 50+ locals and wellness brands that fit an active and healthy lifestyle.

Outside of events, I share fitness, movement, and everyday wellness content on my personal page. I’m a certified personal trainer and online coach - at the core of everything I do is helping people feel strong, confident, and energized.

Always excited to collaborate with brands that align with good vibes, movement, and community.
