I’m Desyree, a South Florida–based runner, fitness enthusiast, and run club ambassador passionate about movement, consistency, and community. My fitness journey started with a simple goal—to become more disciplined and active—but quickly grew into a lifestyle built around running, HYROX training, group workouts, and wellness events.

I regularly participate in races, fitness activations, and community runs, and I love being part of spaces that bring people together through movement. As an ambassador for my run club, I focus on motivating others to step outside their comfort zones and show up for themselves—both physically and mentally.

Through my platform (@bonafide.des), I share my training days, race experiences, GRWM content, and wellness routines to inspire others to stay consistent and confident in their own journey. My content is centered around real lifestyle fitness—balancing performance, recovery, and enjoying the process along the way.

I’m passionate about partnering with brands that align with my lifestyle and values, especially those focused on performance, wellness, and community. My goal is to continue growing within the fitness space while inspiring others to move with purpose and confidence every day.
