I’m Elliot Bates, founder of Bates Hockey LLC and creator of the Dak-Minn Elite Hockey League — an invite-only off-season platform for elite junior and college-track athletes from the Upper Midwest and Manitoba.

I coach at the collegiate level and run year-round training camps, so I work directly with players chasing USHL, WHL, and NCAA careers. The league gives them a pro-style environment — full uniforms, live broadcasts, analytics, and brand integration — while creating space for partners that match the culture.

My goal is to align with authentic, bold brands that speak to the hockey lifestyle
