My name is Brayden, I’m a 17-year-old hybrid athlete from Howell, New Jersey, competing in one of the fastest-growing performance sports in the world — DEKA and HYROX racing. I train daily, race monthly, and have already qualified for the 2025 DEKA World Championships in Fort Lauderdale, where I’ll compete among the top athletes in my age group globally.

In my first year of racing, I’ve earned 2nd in DEKA Mile, 3rd in DEKA Strong, and 6th in Spartan Stadion, proving my ability to perform across multiple endurance-strength formats. I’m passionate about pushing limits, optimizing recovery, and fueling performance the right way — both in training and in life.

Beyond competition, I’m building a social-media brand that documents my training, racing, and daily lifestyle as a young athlete chasing excellence. My goal is to grow a community of motivated, performance-driven individuals — connecting brands with the next generation of hybrid athletes who value fitness, nutrition, recovery, and mental discipline.

As I continue expanding into HYROX events next year, I’m focused on building long-term partnerships with brands that share my values of hard work, integrity, and innovation. Together, I aim to inspire others to train with purpose, recover with intention, and live the hybrid athlete lifestyle at the highest level.
