Onbrand

I’m currently training for an upcoming 10K benefiting the Parkinson’s Foundation in honor of my grandfather, who has been living with Parkinson’s disease for the past decade. This experience has shown me not only how deeply Parkinson’s affects the person diagnosed, but also the emotional and physical toll it takes on caregivers and families. I’m using this race as a way to raise awareness and funds within my local community for a cause that is incredibly personal to me while sharing my training journey, wellness routines, and fundraising efforts along the way.
