Hi, I’m Brook, a 26 year-old food content creator based in California. I focus on creating simple, relatable recipes for everyday life, especially for those balancing a full-time schedule. My content shows that eating well can be both healthy and delicious without being overcomplicated.

I’ve partnered with brands across a variety of deliverables, including testimonials, problem/solution content, product demos, talking head videos, paid media, and organic social. I prioritize creating content that feels natural, builds trust, and connects with your audience while aligning with your brand’s goals.
