I serve as the Vice President of Membership for Alpha Xi Delta at Boise State, where I help lead recruitment efforts and support the overall membership experience within our chapter. My role involves organizing and coordinating recruitment preparation, planning Work Week activities, supporting chapter engagement, and helping create a welcoming environment for potential new members. I also assist with chapter communication, social media collaborations, and strengthening sisterhood within our organization.
