Hi! I'm Brooke, a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner based in Denver, Colorado. I'm passionate about making women's health information approachable, evidence-based, and easy to understand. Through my content, I share educational insights on topics like contraception, menstrual health, reproductive wellness, and everyday health concerns, along with realistic lifestyle content that reflects life outside of the clinic.

Before becoming a WHNP, I worked as a labor and delivery nurse, where I developed a deep appreciation for supporting women through all stages of life. Today, I combine my clinical experience with a relatable, down-to-earth approach to help women feel more confident and informed about their health.

When I'm not seeing patients, you can find me running, crocheting, traveling, spending time with my fiancé, or creating content about wellness, women's health, and the products I genuinely love. My goal is to make health education feel less intimidating and empower women to take an active role in their well-being.
