The Tony Laughlin Memorial Fund (TLMF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) founded in honor of Tony Laughlin, created to turn grief into purpose through community, impact, and action.
At its core, TLMF exists to support:
Youth mental health
Grief support for children and families
Inclusive education and community-building
Experiential fundraising that brings people together around purpose
Its flagship initiative is the RAD Golf Fest, a one-of-a-kind charity golf outing and community festival held at Willow Crest Country Club that blends golf, music, food, brand activations, and community into a high-energy event built around connection and doing good.
What makes TLMF unique is that it doesn’t approach philanthropy in a traditional way—it uses culture, sport, and shared experiences to create impact. The fund has raised significant support for partners like:
Willow House — providing grief support for children, families, and communities
Embracing Our Differences — advancing empathy, inclusion, and kindness through art and education
More broadly, TLMF is about:
Honoring Tony’s legacy by celebrating life
Building community through shared experience
Funding meaningful mental health and bereavement resources
Creating a movement where grief can be transformed into hope and action
A phrase that captures it well:
The Tony Laughlin Memorial Fund turns loss into purpose, purpose into action, and action into lasting community impact.
