My name is Brynn Kantrowitz and I’m passionate about creating experiences that bring health, wellness, and community together. I studied Care, Health & Society and am now pursuing a career in the health field, while also building connections in the wellness and lifestyle space as a content creator.
I’m hosting Sculpt & Spritz, a unique wellness event that blends a sculpt workout with a social spritz hour, designed to celebrate balance — fitness and fun. Our attendees are health-conscious, lifestyle-focused individuals who value community and discovery.
