Together with my husband, we opened Built Fitness, a Personal and Rental Gym, in 2022. Alongside, we own a Fitness Apparel Retail Shop that gives us the opportunity to bring cool and various brands around the globe onto the Japanese market.
We have partnered up with Apparels such as Ryderwear, Darc Sport, Gasp, Better Bodies, HeraXHero, Nebbia Fitness and Jed North.
Together with the Japanese Protein Brand 540 WPC we could also get the chance to create our own Whey Protein.

Our long term goal is to increase more in the health and wellness industry to provide our costumers not only with a great exercise plan and the right fitness clothing, but also reach deeper into their daily life choices and habits and therefore being able to lead them into the right health direction for the long term.

At Built Fitness we love to engage with new brands and products, especially anything related to health. I, myself am a huge health advocate and care a lot about nutrition and healthy habits for better general health, daily performance, longevity and fighting inflammation inside the body. Therefore I like to influence others with my enthusiasm!

If a brand catches my attention and I can see the benefits it could provide to our business and its customers I want to reach out and seek any possibility to get my hands on their product!
To me, it’s just so beautiful to get to share someone’s life work with the people I care.
