I am a Bariactric patient who is 7 weeks post op lots of my followers have either had Weightloss surgery, plan to have surgery or are on some other kind of Weightloss journey. A big part of the life of Bariactric patient is high protein low calorie intake. Finding items to support this style of life can be difficult.
