Generations 4 Change (G4C) is an Indigenous-led, Phoenix-based nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of youth and families through culturally grounded health, wellness, and leadership programs. Guided by the belief that “everyone has their own medicine.”

We provide mental and behavioral health prevention services rooted in Indigenous worldview, using whole-person wellness to support youth and families in discovering their “medicine” and thrive across generations.
