Hi! My name is Caroline, and I’m a student-athlete at Michigan State University, where I play volleyball. As a Spartan, I’m passionate about wellness, performance, and balance—from getting quality sleep and focusing on mental health, to fueling my body with the right nutrition and taking care of my skin after long practices.

I love sharing the small moments and details that make up my everyday student-athlete life, hoping to inspire others to prioritize self-care, discipline, and healthy routines both on and off the court.
