I am a certified nutrition coach with Vulcan Nutrition. I am also a competitive Crossfit athlete and coach, as well as finishing up my medical training to be a Physician Assistant. I have been taking AG1 for two years now, and I can truly say it has benefited me tremendously in numerous ways. I sing its praises to all of my friends, family, nutrition clients and patients.
