I've worked in health and wellness my entire career, after studying human biology in college and dealing with a chronic disease since the age of 7. It's always been my passion. I love connecting with people who share the same outlook on caring for their bodies and minds, and seeking to elevate their lives from the inside out. Full time, I've worked for Oura Ring in marketing and now at Finding Mastery in partnerships and business development.
