I’m a Registered Nurse, yoga teacher, somatic coach, UGC creator, and women’s event facilitator passionate about creating meaningful experiences that help people feel more grounded, alive, and connected to themselves. My work blends wellness, embodiment, travel, and storytelling through both digital content and in-person experiences — from collaborating with brands like Good Wipes, OWL Venice, doTERRA, Regenero Superfoods, Dr. Nineteen Skincare, Fair & Square, Little Seed Farm, Urban Decay, and The Five Minute Journal to facilitating my upcoming women’s retreat in Joshua Tree focused on self-love, body acceptance, and nervous system healing.
