I’m a senior Resident Advisor at Northern Illinois University, where I’m majoring in Fashion Merchandising. As an RA, my goal is to build a strong, welcoming community within my residence hall and create a space where the girls on my floor feel comfortable, supported, and connected. I want to be someone they can look to as a guide throughout their college experience, while helping them create meaningful friendships and lasting memories. Most importantly, I hope my leadership inspires them to take the same step and become RAs themselves, continuing the sense of community and support for future residents.
