Hi! My name is Cayla, and I’m a 28-year-old living in sunny Miami Beach, Florida. I’m passionate about all things health, beauty, travel, and fashion. Living a life full of wellness and purpose is so important to me, and part of that means connecting with like-minded individuals and brands I truly love and believe in.

At the end of the day, our health is everything—our body is our home, and it deserves to be cared for. I see fashion and beauty as creative outlets that allow me to express myself while also enhancing how we feel inside and out. For me, it’s all about balance, self-expression, and intentional living.
