Courageous Conversations was established in 2016 and officially became an organization in 2024. CCLW is dedicated to building a supportive community, fostering a sense of belonging, and making a positive difference in the lives of undergraduates. The organization especially focuses on uplifting the voices of Latina women. It offers a welcoming atmosphere full of opportunities for growth, where social support helps everyone feel more connected, valued, and like they truly matter. Through these efforts, CCLW works to create a strong, nurturing community where everyone can find their place and feel at home.
