Center Peace LLC is a vibrant and welcoming community dedicated to promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through mindful meditation, yoga and sound healing. My name is Latoya Thornton and I'm a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. I gained my certification through Monarch Yoga based in Philadelphia almost a year ago. I'm trained Vinyasa yoga and I currently teach two heated power flow class weekly with this organization. As I grow my own business in wellness, I would like host workshops at least quarterly to provide opportunities for deeper exploration and growth in the wellness community.
