CRCLE (pronounced "circle") stands for Cultivating Relationships and Community for Ladies Emerging in CRE. Our mission is to give women early in their careers an intentional community to build genuine relationships with others navigating the same day-to-day realities — relationships that support their careers now and for years to come. Our membership is selective, made up of transaction-facing analysts and associates spanning brokerage, agency leasing, capital markets, development, asset management, investment sales, and more. As of today, we have admitted 146 members representing 85+ firms throughout DFW and are gaining new applicants weekly.
