Hiii friends, I’m Cheyenne! I host Mommy & Me Movement classes and pop-ups in North County San Diego for moms who want to move their body while bonding with their little one!

It’s a relaxed, beginner-friendly class (prenatal + postpartum-safe) where babies are welcome and you can just show up as you are. Nothing intense, just a good way to get out, move, and be around other moms.

No experience needed, just bring a mat, your baby, and come ready to connect with other amazing moms. Babies can be worn in a carrier, carried, fed, snuggled, or playing below your feet on the mat.

We meet twice a week in the Carlsbad area, plus 4-5 pop-up events throughout the month!
