I’m a retreat creator, and experiential event producer, and yoga teacher, with a passion for wellness, adventure, and bringing people together.

My background in wellness began with yoga and massage, and I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018. I’m also the co-founder of O.P.I.C. Retreats, where I create immersive wellness and adventure experiences that combine movement, nature, connection, and fun.

In 2025 I joined the team at Senderland, and help host & teach classes at Senderland events, a unique festival experience blending extreme sports, music, art, and camping. I work on partnerships, experiential marketing, and creating unique brand and community experiences.
