I'm Chris Golez, a California-based community connector, IGP dog sport competitor, and everyday advocate for active, intentional living. I believe the best moments in life happen when you bring the right people together around the things you genuinely love.

For me, that looks like gathering family and friends for Sunday dinner, cheering each other on at the finish line, or swapping stories on the sidelines of a dog sport competition. The gear I wear, the routines I keep, the places I show up to, these aren't just habits. They're how real relationships get built.

Movement is my anchor. Whether I'm lacing up for a run, working the competition field with my German Shepherds, or just soaking up the sun with good people around me, I'm at my best when I'm active and connected.
