I’m Christine Angelica Oliveros, a 22-year-old Filipina nursing student in Canada who moved here as an immigrant. I’m passionate about health, wellness, and self-care, balancing full-time studies, clinical placements, part-time work, and staying active. I love sharing my journey in a way that’s authentic, relatable, and inspiring, whether it’s through fitness, fashion, lifestyle, or everyday moments.

I believe in discipline, confidence, and self-improvement, and I enjoy encouraging others — especially students and young women — to embrace their own strengths and take care of themselves, both physically and mentally.
