Cinética was born from a personal understanding of how much women carry and how often we’re expected to navigate life and health on our own. After losing my mom to breast cancer, I realized how important support, resources, and community can be. I wanted to create a space where women could come together and feel supported while taking care of themselves.

What started as small movement gatherings has grown from fewer than 10 women to 50+ attendees, with sold-out events and women returning with their friends. Movement brings us together, but the intentional connection is what keeps people coming back. We want wellness to feel accessible, meaningful, and also fun.

As Cinética continues to grow, we are working  to create more spaces for women to connect, find support, discover something new, and simply enjoy being together. We’re intentional about who we bring into that space, from local businesses to brands that can add something meaningful to the experience.

At the heart of it, Cinética is about creating something women want to be part of, not just something they attend.
