At barre3 Rittenhouse, I lead the strategy and execution of member engagement and community-building initiatives to drive retention, loyalty, and overall studio growth. I manage the full lifecycle of the member experience—from onboarding and relationship-building to ongoing communication and personalized outreach—ensuring every client feels supported and connected.
In my role, I plan and execute a wide range of events, including workshops, member appreciation experiences, brand partnerships, and community activations that enhance the in-studio experience and strengthen our local presence. I collaborate cross-functionally with instructors, front desk staff, and external partners to deliver seamless, high-quality events aligned with the barre3 brand.
I also analyze member behavior and engagement data to inform outreach strategies, optimize conversions, and improve retention. By combining a data-driven approach with a strong focus on community and hospitality, I create meaningful experiences that deepen member relationships and elevate the overall studio experience.
