My name is Clara, and I’m the Client and Event Coordinator at Studio 45, a woman-owned Lagree fitness studio with six beautiful locations across the Pacific Northwest.
At Studio 45, we’re passionate about helping our community build both strength and confidence through the Lagree method — a full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout that delivers incredible results in just 45 minutes. Our mission goes beyond fitness; we strive to create a space that’s empowering, inclusive, and community-driven.
