I’m a stay-at-home mother to three energetic boys, and I hold a B.A. in Psychology along with a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential. I’m passionate about supporting other mothers, especially when it comes to mental wellness and self-care. I love art, staying active, and creating spaces where moms can connect, recharge, and grow together. I also have a deep love for reading and enjoy organizing literacy events that inspire and nurture a love for books in our local children.
