Hi there! I’m Crystal Gonzalez, the founder of Club Cinephilia. I started this community with a passion for creating women-centered spaces around film and building a vibrant, inclusive movie-loving community right here in the Detroit area. By day, I’m an educator, but Club Cinephilia is my heart project—bringing women together for fun, film, and friendship.

We host everything from movie screenings to coffee shop chats, trivia nights, and spontaneous hangouts, all with a focus on celebrating film from a female perspective. We’d love to partner with you to bring some extra magic to our events!
