Hi, I’m Korea—Founder & CEO of Lifted LLC and the creative force behind Pretty & Guac’d.
For the past 8 years, I’ve built Lifted LLC as a life coaching brand centered on helping individuals elevate their confidence, prioritize their health, and live with intention. Through that journey, I’ve not only coached others—I’ve had to apply those same principles to my own life while navigating chronic health challenges.
Pretty & Guac’d was born as an extension of that purpose. It’s more than a food pop-up—it’s a living example of how a plant-based lifestyle has played a vital role in helping me manage my health and keep going, even on the hardest days. Every dish I create reflects that experience: vibrant, nourishing, and made to make people feel good from the inside out.
My mission is to merge wellness, flavor, and storytelling—showing that healing, joy, and good food can exist in the same space.
