Cookie Abamu is an author, postpartum doula, lactation counselor, and maternal wellness practitioner dedicated to supporting women through every stage of their journey—from IVF and birth to postpartum healing. She is the author of her debut children’s book, Chidi Don’t Like Donuts, and the founder of Sweet Therapy by Cookie Abamu, an emerging art therapy and healing space centered on creativity and emotional restoration.

With over a decade of experience in birth work, Cookie is currently advancing her studies in prenatal and postpartum mental health, expanding her mission to ensure no mother feels alone. Her work bridges education, advocacy, and healing uplifting families and strengthening communities through compassionate care.
