The Impact Initiative Physical Therapy & Performance was founded out of a profound realization that the traditional delivery of physical therapy needed a significant transformation. We observed the limitations imposed by insurance companies, which often compromised the quality of care and prolonged the recovery process for patients.

Our mission was clear: to create a new paradigm in physical therapy that prioritizes patient outcomes and clinician well-being.

At The Impact Initiative, we believe that exceptional care stems from an environment free of constraints. This led us to establish our own out-of-network clinic, where we are not bound by insurance restrictions. This freedom allows us to provide 1-on-1 individualized care, ensuring that our patients receive the focused attention they need to recover more quickly and effectively.
