I've been teaching hot power yoga since 2020 and hot mat pilates since 2024! I love sharing my passion for wellness inspired fitness workouts through my classes. A good playlist, sweaty temps and high energy from students is my favorite. I strive to create a welcoming and positive environment, while also challenging students to find their balance on the mats. My events are so fun, filled with goodies, high energy, and love for the attendees!
