Hi, I’m Crystal, founder of Kept Called Obedient (KCO), a growing women’s community rooted in connection, wellness, and faith.

I create elevated, in-person experiences that bring digital audiences into real life. Through curated events like Pilates & Praise, I design environments where women feel confident, comfortable, and fully themselves — and where brands are naturally integrated into that experience.
