I’m Crystal Lai, founder of Chrome Club in Malaysia — a boutique studio built on the belief that movement is more than fitness, it’s purpose. As a spinning coach and entrepreneur, I’ve created a space that blends rhythm, strength, and community into transformative experiences both on and off the bike.

Alongside Chrome, I work with the Global Flow Cycling Team, where I lead Brands & Partnerships. My role bridges fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands with global activations like Ride the World 2026, crafting collaborations that bring value to both partners and communities.

At the heart of everything I do is a passion for building connections — between people, between brands, and between cultures — through the shared language of movement.
