Crystal Wharton is the Executive Director of The C.A.L.I. Project (Caring About Living Individuals), a Tampa Bay–based nonprofit dedicated to empowering vulnerable individuals and families. With a passion for housing stability, mental wellness, and community partnership, Crystal leads programs that provide transitional housing, individualized case management, and access to essential resources for youth aging out of foster care, justice-impacted individuals, and families experiencing housing instability. Under her leadership, The C.A.L.I. Project has expanded its impact, creating opportunities for long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and dignity for those most in need.
