The Classic Tetris World Championship (CTWC) began in 2010 where the first ever Classic Tetris World Champion was crowned. Now in its 16th year, the CTWC has evolved from a grassroots tournament into a global esports phenomenon-garnering millions of views on its YouTube and Twitch channels.
CTWC brings together the world’s top Tetris players for intense, high-level competition, while fostering a family-friendly, inclusive community that spans generations. Fans of all ages celebrate their shared love for one of the most iconic video games of all time.
Each year, CTWC hosts 25–30 live events across the globe, including four major tournaments and our flagship World Championship. In addition to our in-person events, we produce weekly online shows, engaging our audience year-round.
